Dorothy Yates-Mccathran Missing – The family of a Vivian lady missing for almost nine months is as yet looking for replies – and trust – on what might be her 41st birthday.

“I need my little girl,” Martha Mullins says.

Dorothy Yates McCathran vanished from her home on Vivian Airport Road on January 21. Det. Matt Purgerson with the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office says there’s no new data.

Her vehicle was impaired. It’s accepted she either left or was gotten. However, Mullins says a hunt of the five-section of land property close to Vivian’s air terminal, where the couple lived, turned up a portion of her things.

“They discovered some gems and they discovered a cap and a scarf in the forest. Yet, that is all that was discovered,” Mullins says.

She says she conversed with her girl on the telephone the day preceding she vanished. Mullins says McCathran was disturbed about not having the option to come to Shreveport to see her girl at her 6th birthday celebration.

“She cried some on the telephone,” Mullins says. “However at that point, she settled down and got amped up for coming for the birthday celebration (the next Saturday.) And she planned to come to do a camp with Emma Jo that next morning. She was extremely energized. And afterward the following day she’s no more.”

McCathran’s regularly lively girl, Emma Jo Yates, advised us with a glare, “I’m trusting that my mother may return at any point shortly since I’m truly missing her.”

McCathran’s mom and stepfather have the authority over Dorothy’s two youngsters.
